I have been a practicing Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 1988, and am an Expert Level Myofascial Release Therapist in the Barnes' Approach.
I have taken courses in the different aspects of
Sound Healing and have completed a certificate program with Sage Academy of Sound as a Sound Healing Practitioner.
I like to use the term SoundWeaver Practitioner.  :)

I have extensive experience and training in expert  level techniques in Myofascial Release-The Barnes' Approach, Myoskeletal Alignment, Therapeutic Massage, Bodywork, Energy Balancing, Reiki, and Sound Healing.

I began my spiritual journey in1988 and have experienced different spiritual practices, paths, techniques, philosophies and processes. From my years of practice doing inner work I'm able to offer tools and skills that take you within and support you to do your inner work more effectively and in a more lighthearted way.

I've studied extensively with John F. Barnes in Myofascial Release and worked at his clinic "Therapy on the Rocks" in Sedona, AZ as a staff Myofascial Release Therapist where we treated people from around the world with a multitude of diagnosis.  

My therapeutic artistry skills, clinical knowledge and intuition allow me to put into practice my love and passion in assisting clients meet their health goals and resolve their issues. Witnessing clients regain their joy, peace and inner connection by becoming pain and stress free is an immense privilege for me! Hope to see you soon.
